  • Do I Need a Referral for Physiotherapy or Massage Therapy?

    You can normally book physiotherapy or Registered Massage Therapy without a physician’s referral. However, some extended health insurance plans require a referral before reimbursing treatment expenses.

  • How long does it take to book an appointment?

    We are able to make an appointment for you usually within 24-48 hours.

  • Are Your Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists Regulated?

    Yes. Our physiotherapists and Registered Massage Therapists are registered with their respective regulatory colleges in Ontario.

  • Is Direct Billing Available for Extended Health Insurance?

    Direct billing is available for many extended health insurance plans when supported by the insurer. Coverage limits, referral requirements and the amount paid vary by individual plan.

  • Is Parking available?

    Parking is readily available, and free for up to one hour (some conditions apply).
