  • Do I Need a Referral for Physiotherapy or Massage Therapy?

    You can normally book physiotherapy or Registered Massage Therapy directly without a physician’s referral. However, some extended health insurance plans require a referral before reimbursing treatment expenses. We recommend confirming your plan requirements before your appointment.

  • How long does it take to book an appointment?

    Appointment availability varies according to the service, practitioner and preferred appointment time. Contact the clinic by telephone or use the online booking form, and our team will help you find the earliest available appointment.

  • Are Your Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists Regulated?

    Yes, all our physiotherapists and massage therapists are all regulated in the province of Ontario.

  • Is Direct Billing Available for Extended Health Insurance?

    Direct billing is available for many extended health insurance plans when supported by the insurer. Eligibility, coverage limits, referral requirements and the amount paid vary by individual plan. Clients remain responsible for any balance not covered by their insurance.

  • How Often Will I Need Physiotherapy or Massage Therapy?

    Appointment frequency varies according to your condition, symptoms, assessment findings, treatment goals and response to care. Your practitioner will discuss an appropriate schedule with you and adjust it as your needs change.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    Booking an appointment is easy. You can use our link online and someone will respond back shortly, or by calling us directly.  Appointments  can be set relatively quickly (Sometimes even the same day).

  • Will My Extended Health Insurance Cover the Full Cost?


  • Are services covered by OHIP?

    Dynamic Physiotherapy is a private clinic, and services provided at the clinic are not billed to OHIP. Treatment may be paid privately or covered in whole or in part by an extended health insurance plan. Government-funded physiotherapy is available only through participating clinics for eligible Ontario residents.

  • Are evening or Saturday appointments available?

    Saturday appointments are available on an appointment basis only.  We also offer evening appointments .  Either click or call and we would be happy to book an appointment for you.

  • Does Dynamic Physiotherapy Accept WSIB Claims?

    We do not take WSIB clients.  

  • What services are offered?

    Dynamic Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Shockwave Therapy, custom-made foot orthotics, compression socks and stockings, myofascial release and selected rehabilitation programs. Services are recommended according to an individual assessment and the client’s needs.
